Worse as in better? Definitely zito. He has the age to pull it off, the jays player looks like a junior in high school trying to impress some cheerleader.

As for Zito, I think you underestimate. He’s not great, but he’s not terrible either. If you look at his numbers over the past two seasons, he’s basically an average pitcher. And “average” over 190-200 innings is not a trivial performance. He’s basically worth about $5-7 million a year on the open market. So if the Giants get rid of him, they’ll need to keep paying him and pay someone else $5 million to replace him, so that’ll cost more.
