		<description>with Duchscherer likely starting the season on the DL (and exploratory surgery?), Braden becomes the rotation&#039;s veteran. Looks like he&#039;ll be joined by Gallagher, Eveland, Anderson and Cahill.

I read somewhere that Geren wants two long relievers (with all that inexperience in the rotation, no surprise). But it seems nearly all of the bullpen pitchers are short inning types.

If Gio is healthy I suppose he would be one of the long relievers. Who would be the other one -- Outman? Williams?

Will the A&#039;s hang on to Wuertz despite his less than stellar spring?</description>
