Anderson pulled with cramp

Brett Anderson left today’s game after two innings because of a cramp in his forearm. According to assistant GM David Forst, it’s something he’s had before and pitched through. Geren didn’t want to push it today, in a spring game.
Anderson had pitched two scoreless innings before he left.
UPDATE: Just got back from talking to Anderson. He said he’s fine. He used the phrase “overly precautious” about a dozen times, even though the word is “cautious.” He said the last time he felt something like this was in a game last year at Arkansas and he still struck out 12 that day.
“I told them I was 100 percent fine and I could have gone more, but they were being overly precautious, which is definitely understandable,” Anderson said.

Haha…precautious, good thing he’s an athlete.
well, maybe he’s overly precocious…
