Ta da, my site is brand new!

Here it is. Hopefully no one experienced any major problems during this transition. It’s still not perfect, but it’s readable. I’ll be continuing to tinker with it every day, so keep coming back to see what’s new!

One quick item, the links you used to filter out Giants or A’s stories at the old site won’t work anymore. Click on the links to the left and then bookmark those if you want to filter out one team.

OK, now back to work getting this thing right.

By the way, if anyone ever tries to tell you it’s easy to switch a blog from one¬†platform to another, they are lying.

What do you think of the new site?

Actually I liked the look and feel of the old site better but as long as you keep writing great content, I’ll be back. One problem though, this new site isn’t working properly with my RSS reader, I’m still showing the posts that you made before the switch as the most recent. If that continues, I predict you’ll lose traffic because of it or grow at a slower rate then you should. Feeds are the wave of the future.

By the way, I think you were using Blogger for the old site. Who are you using now?

Thanks & keep up the great work!

I liked the simplicity of the old site without as many ads. the writing has been great which will keep me coming back.

This is a great blog I turn to every day over coffee. Could you add a link to Inside the Giants Clubhouse?

Hey Eric, thanks for your feedback. I just posted a new link to update your RSS feed. It was from Google’s Blogger, but now I’m using WordPress and I have my own host.

Hopefully the ads aren’t too intrusive, but the page is now bigger, to allow for more content between the ads than I had before.

I gotta pay my bills you know!
