But if it's Randy Wolf or Orlando Cabrera, I'll take Cabrera. The A's have 6 capable starters as of now, and Cahill, Anderson, and Mazzaro all have an outside shot at making the rotation already. BR/BR/Reminds me a lot of the '99 team that traded for Appier midseason. That team was on the brink of the postseason and needed a front line starter to put them over. Either way the A's should be seen as the favorite to win the West. The A's supposedly had some money to spend, and unless they are specifically now saving that money for Orlando Cabrera or have decided not spend it (because of the economy), I think they ought to use it on a starter.
