I have already received a lot of good questions for Bobby Evans, the Giants director of player personnel, but there is still time if you haven’t sent yours in yet. I’m hoping to talk to Bobby on Tuesday and have the answers up sometime that day.

I wonder if the giant’s feel a sqeeze now with the Zito contract and if that’s having an affect on how they’ve approached the off-season? Also, do they feel that there’s not much pressure to get a deal with Manny done because there’s a perfectly good left fielder across they bay that may or may not become available at the trade deadline?
Historically, the Giants have never fully relied upon rookie position players. However, Sandoval looks to be relied upon as an infield anchor. Is there a Plan B if Sandoval does not play as anticipated?
